January 2006 News
The new Officers and Board members held the January meeting on the 4th. Mark opened the
meeting and we had a reading of the minutes, Treasurers report, and Rich Gave an
impassioned speech about the state of ticket sales. Rich and Sue have been organizing and
handling the monthly bug tickets, Freezer tickets, Quad tickets, and special tickets for the
past several years, but events have led to the point where they are no longer able to spend
the time that is necessary to properly handle the ticket printing,distribution, and money
collections. If we loose the ticket sales, we will be losing a good portion of the income that
keeps the Club going. If anyone is willing to step up and take charge of the tickets, please
come to the February meeting and let your intentions be known. It would be greatly
appreciated. MANY THANKS to Rich and Sue for a job well done.
Also discussed at the meeting were the PA Clean ways roads that ICV takes care of. We
discussed and voted to drop Pritts Distillery Rd from our list and to add Washrun Rd. Sharon
volunteered to contact PA Clean ways and have the changes made.
After the meeting Tracey Wells Volunteered to take on the position of Treasurer and was
accepted by the board.

contacting an officer or board member.
