Letter from Attorney – Landowner concerns
There is a fence up on the property outlining our parking area.  The club signed an agreement with
property owner to cover any and all attorney fees if applicable.

Rally Work List - Rally
A rally work list was passed around for members to sign up and volunteer for the day.  We have decided
to host a bake sale for Ms. McFeely to manage.  Members are asked to bring bake sale items,
individually packaged to the rally on Sunday.

There is no camping for the rally.  We need additional help on Saturday to get ready for the rally and at
least 5 members will need to be posted on the trails on Sunday.  We are looking for a new parking area
for both the rally and future events.

PaCleanways
Our PaCleanways was completed on April 22nd, 2006.  5 members worked over 4 hours in the pouring
rain to gather garbage and pile it on the road for the township supervisors to collect.  The supervisors
collected 2 dumpsters full of garbage.  We still need to arrange another day to do another section of
Wash Run Road.  We will organize this day in June or the fall.
