June 7th Meeting Notes

Mark Lynch called the meeting to order with 22 members present.
The treasurer’s report was read and accepted.
The secretary’s report was read and accepted.

Old Business:

BBQ Tickets
All but 10 tickets were sold; the winning ticket was sold by Tom Nelson to Lori Bates.  The winner took the cash in
place of the Grill.

Quad Tickets
Quad tickets were handed out at the meeting.  We are still obligated to sell 500 of the 1000 tickets as part of our
partnership with QuadFest.  To date, 382 tickets have been passed out, we still have 118 left.  If anyone would like to
sell tickets, please email
jill@paatving.com to get them.  Mark Lynch and Bonnie Wiltrout will be calling members to
ask them to sell the additional 118 tickets and any leftovers turned back in.

QuadFest Camping Area
An area for ICV members will be designated at QuadFest.  If you would like to camp in this area, please add your
name to the list or email
jill@paatving.com.

ATV Safety Class
The safety classes on May 20-21 were attended by 3 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon.

Letter from Attorney – Landowner concerns
There have been no other forms of communication to date.  We are still working on securing another parking area and
a right away to a 2nd piece of property with about 25+ miles of riding.

Rally Work List - Rally
Our next rally will be August 19th and 20th – We will need additional help to man this two day event.

PaCleanways
No new dates were planned.


New Business:

Port-a-Johns on the Property
We will keep one port-a-john on the property at all times and will bring a 2nd one in for events.

Postage on Tickets
The postage on sending out tickets was donated.

Signs for ground
The membership voted to have Jill secure signs for the grounds.  Boundary, Members Only, and a portable welcome
sign will be purchased.

Labor Day Food Ticket
We will be selling another BBQ Grill and Meat ticket to go off on August 20th, 2006 (Sunday) – Tickets will be $3 /
each (500 total) – Anyone who wants tickets to sell should see Fred at the next meeting.

Account Audit
As part of our 2006 duties, an audit was performed on our checking account.  Executive Board Member Greg Lee
completed the audit and it was read in front of the general membership.  If anyone would like to have details of the
audit or read the report, please see Jill Moyher at a future meeting.

Fayette County Fair
A booth will be set up at the Fayette County Fair.  Mark Lynch will be organizing a list of times and tickets to get into
the event to work.  This list will be available at the July Meeting.

Funding General Discussion
A general discussion on budget plans for 2007 was open on the floor.  Thanks to all the members who gave ideas on
who to raise money for 2007 expenses.  In future meetings, more detailed information will be provided and decided on.

50/50
The collection for 50/50 was $35, Nancy Breakiron was the winner of $17.50

There was a motion to end the meeting  by Fred Lamolinara, Jill Moyher seconded the motion.
