We still have Quad Tickets that have not been returned, sold or unsold.  Please return all unsold tickets
ASAP to
Jill Moyher, PO Box 17597, Pittsburgh PA 15235.  Our commitment is to sell half of the tickets
(500) – we still have over 100 not sold.

QuadFest Tickets / Camping Area

Today is the last day to purchase pre-sale
QuadFest tickets at $30 with a FREE T-shirt.  Any members
interested in tickets should see Jill after the meeting.

ICV members agree unanimously to donate a 1 ½ year family membership to the QuadFest Silver back
Auction.  This membership will start from August 1st and run through December of 2007.

An area for ICV members will be designated at
QuadFest.  If you would like to camp in this area, please
add your name to the list or email
jill@paatving.com.

Polaris Grant

We have established the time line and plan to use our 2006 grant money.  We will be purchasing over 40
signs for the property, including two large mobile signs.  In addition, we will finish our brochure, set up
voice mail and hire a professional trail groomer to spend 7 days on the trails fixing them from the damage
and lack of grooming over the last year or so.  For detailed plan details, see Jill after any meeting.

Mt. Pleasant Glass Festival

According to the committee, we are unable to sell during the glass festival and have decided not to set up
a stand there.

Fayette County Fair

Mark Lynch has a sign up sheet for our 10 x 10 foot spot for the Fayette County fair.  We will be printing
brochures, club event lists and having a mini auction to help raise money for our club.  If anyone is
interested in signing up to work the booth, please see Mark Lynch or email
maglynch@zoominternet.net.

Membership – Active vs. Social

A 2nd general discussion on budget plans for 2007 was open on the floor.  Thanks to all the members
who gave ideas on how to raise money for 2007 expenses including setting the price for our
membership   (active and social) in 2007.  In future meetings, more detailed information will be provided
and decided on.

New Business:

New Parking Area Secured

Thanks to the hard work of the Board of Directors and Leaders of the Indian Creek Valley ATV Club, we
have secured another 123 acres including a new parking area.  Our attorney will be drawing up the
agreement this week and we will set the agreement in motion for October.  In the meantime, the property
owner has agreed that we can use the property for our August 2 day event.  We will pay all taxes on the
property starting this fall in accordance with our agreement.  All agreed to have our attorney draw up the
agreement and pay costs associated with it.

50/50
The collection for 50/50 was $37, $18.50 to Wade White, Wade donated the money back to the club.

There was a motion to end the meeting by Karl Wiltrout,  the motion was seconded by Mark Baumann.

There was no cake or ice cream this time.
