Old Business

ATV Road
ICV members are going to work with township supervisors to open Wash Run Rd and
Jockey Knob Road for ATV riding. Mark Lynch will send a formal letter and attend a
meeting if necessary.

Memberships
There are 1000 additional copies made of the club brochure – the application to join
and/or renew is right on the brochure. Members can pick up or see Mark Lynch to get
some. WE are currently in a membership drive; please turn in your renewals before the
March meeting to avoid a late fee. Also, there will be no active memberships sold after
March meeting.

New Business

Timbering
Nicholson is timbering their property from now until spring. Please be careful around
that area and be prepared for ‘visitors’ – we will work to get the area posted with signs so
that members know where this area is on our trails.

Work party
A work party is scheduled for Sunday, January 7th at 10am. We will finish the ‘easy’ trail
up to main trail and post the timbering area.

Club Sign
Allen Geska has created a new entrance sign for the property. Pictures were passed
around for all to see! Thank you Allen for your generous donation to the club!

Books Audit
An audit of our books was completed by Greg Lee for the last couple of years. We are
asking two club members to also review last year’s expenses. If anyone is interested
please see Mark and/or a Board member after the meeting.

50/50
The 50/50 was $44, $22 to Curtis Smith.

The meeting was adjourned – motioned by Jill Moyher, 2nd by Mark Lynch.

Can-Am
Can-am District Managers came to the meeting to introduce themselves as a resource to
ICV members. A special thanks to Chris Muhl, Mark Allison, Adrian Spiker and Denny
Thorpe for coming and supporting our club!
