The meeting of the ICV ATV club was called to order by Mark Lynch. (Pres.)

25 members were present for the meeting.

The minutes were accepted as read by secretary Amy Lynch.

The treasures report by Tim Jones was read and accepted.


Old Business:

BBQ Tickets
BBQ ticket money will need to be turned in two weeks prior to the drawing. The ticket goes off on
May 20th 2007. (please turn them into Bonnie Wiltrout 2 weeks ahead)

ATV Safety Classes
ATV Safety classes are currently forming for the Sunday, May 20th at the ICV club grounds. There will
be an AM and a PM class. Call 1(800) 887-2887 to schedule or Mark Lynch @724 626-8309. If you
bought a new Atv you will be paid incentive in most cases for coming to the class (kids are welcome.)

Taxes & new land owners
Mostly all the spring leased property taxes are now paid. We will work with the Nicholsons to see if
the timbering operation is concluded. The board met with the Felgers they are the new owners of 150
acres of club leased land.

Spaghetti Dinner
The spaghetti dinner is planned for Sat May 12th at the white community center (close to club
grounds) from 11-6 pm. Presale tickets are available from Bonnie Wiltrout and volunteers will be
needed. Advanced tickets are 5.50 adults and 3.50 for kids

QuadFest parking details
We still need volunteers to work at quad fest. Contact Fred ASAP. We need help with parking
vehicles :Time and date: Thurs - Sun July 19 thou 22.


New Business:


Entry road gravel.
Fred has mentioned we will be looking for some one to re-shale the gravel road coming into the club
grounds. Any interested parties should see Fred for more info.

Little league signs.
The club has agreed to sponsor a sign at the cost of $50.00 for the Little League field.

Work Parties
All club members are urged to check the website for work day parties. Once timbering operations
are done we will get busy on grooming and clearing trails.

ICV Board decisions on membership status.
The ICV board will vote on any problems with active or social membership.

Record keeping books purchased
Hardback (Burgundy colored) record books have been purchased by the club.
1-book will keep the board of director minutes and meeting minutes. The other two will be for club
meetings and one will be placed at the club grounds in the work trailer.
All members must sign these logs at all events to receive active membership points.

Not profit status
*Mrs. Bulkovic has completed non -profit forms for the club. We will send them ASAP
This is so that we may apply for non-profit organization  grants.

*Karl Wiltrout won the 50/50 for a total of $15.00.
