June 6th Meeting, 2007 7:35 pm
The June meeting of the Indian Creek Valley ATV club was held at the ICV Sportsmen club with
19 members present.
The next ICV meeting will be held July 11th in lieu of the holiday.
The secretary report was read and accepted.
The treasury report was read and accepted.
Old Business:
Portajohns will need to send us a bill to square up and with summer here we need them
flushed.(Bonnie will contact them.)
Club meeting rent was due we decided to pay 6 months worth @$35.00 per Mo.
Felgars have received the new 1 yr lease as of May 19.Mark has contacted them after 2 weeks to
follow up. The club is awaiting its signed return.
The spaghetti Dinner ended up making money and it was discussed about a possible location
change for next year. Thanks to all attended and sold tickets!
Possible fund raisers were discussed and voted on. The club has agreed to sell a money ticket in
replacement of the food ticket.
Quad fest parking help was also talked about by Mark (volunteers still needed.)
Fayette Co fair both will be $180.00 Mark can get co-op and it will be half price for the club to sell
tickets,sell shirts and hats and pass out club brochures. 10 x 10 area indoors. (Volunteers
needed)
Club is still in need of a long term lease property possible open areas were talked about by
different club members.
Work Parties will be forming at 9:30 am on June 16,23 at the parking area work trailer.(Contact
Fred ASAP)
Need supplies for the bridges 1 x 6's wood planks would be helpful.
New Business:
7 members of the club toured the new Rock Run area. Club members met there on a VIP day and
met with DCNR and elected local officials.
Lawyer charged $100.00 for new lease.
The club will be sponsoring the ATV obstacle course and have a booth at the Bullskin fair. The
trophies will have the ICV logo and web site attached. Cost total around 150 bucks.
Pa clean ways papers are due both roads have been completed by club members.
50/50 was won by Bill Fasshour and donated back to the club.
