The easy access trail from the parking area to the flats on top of the
hill has been put in and is now open. There are a few little rough
spots in it that need touched up and the signs need to be posted. IT
will be completed and marked at the next work party. Many thanks to
all that helped to get this trail put in.
Also be aware that timbering is in progress along both sides of Wash
Run Rd. Please stay clear of any timbering activity.
The trail marking arrows have been removed from the active
timbering areas so that they do not get lost or destroyed.

ICV ATV Club INC.

Old Buz:

*The secretary and treasurers reports were read and accepted.

*Old Buz: The Club rode in the Scottdale and Mt Pleasant Glass
Parades.
A total of 35 members participated.
*New tickets are being distributed (See Bonnie Wiltrout)
*Karen Gross has been doing the updates on the website she
now has a    password.
*Mark Lynch (pres) has negotiated a new lease with the parking
area landowners. He has saved the club 500.00 in pro-rated
issues.

New Buz:

*The club will be participating in the Scottdale Halloween Parade.
*Signs for Pa Cleanways are being put up Mark has made
arraignments for the supervisors to put the signage up at 2
locations.
*Pa Cleanways and moving days: Neils run Rd: Bob, Nancy and
Bill will do.
*Wash Run on Nov 3 @10AM @ the old club parking lot.
This will be followed by a trailer and concession move @2 pm.
*Mines and meadow trip was discussed as well as buying a porta
-john.
*Club will be selling a new club membership 39.00 for six mo.
starting @the open house.
*The ICV club picnic and open house will be Nov 11th. The cost
for non-members is 10.00 per rider. Ride starts between the
hours of 8:30 to 11:30.
*Nominations for officers for "08" were held and will continue
thru Dec.
*50/50 won by the Wiltrout family.
