Jan 9,2008 ICV ATV Club INC.
The regular monthly meeting was held Jan 9 2008 @ the Indian
Creek Valley Sportsmen Club.
20 members and their families attended. The meeting began @
7:39pm.

OLD business:
We are looking into our tax status for filing due to
the Non new tax status. (Mark Lynch will contact our tax
accountant)
We have developed a general audit system that requires a
check and balance two-way system. We will also do an
internal audit by the club ASAP in order to keep good
standard records as in the past practices of ICV.
Ralph has contacted some of the owner of potential new
lands for the club. As to this point we have had no success
in obtaining any new riding land.
NEW business:
We have been in the local paper due to our open roads in
Saltlick TWP. In a recent publication ICV was credited for
doing conservation work in the Pa cleanways programs on
all ATV open roads and the wash run area by the local TWP
supervisor.
Open house dates will be May 4, June 8, Aug 24,October 5,
& Nov 23rd.
The club will hold 4 BBQ ticket for 08.
