The secretaries report was read and accepted
The treasury report was read and accepted.
20 members were present.
OLD Business:
The club has been conversing on moving to a new parking lot.(same side as the current parking area.)
Club has been in touch with Mrs. Nicholson to obtain a new lease on the upper property on wash run road
across the road.
The club will need work details for the open houses .May 4, June 8th, August 24th, October 5th,
November 23. The cost is 10.00 a person.
The ICV fliers have been updated and club rides and new membership forms are now available.
BBQ tickets and money are now due (see Bonnie)
Work party was held Feb 16. Thanks to all that attended.
New Business:
Still in need of work supplies. Fence posts and drainage pipe are all needed.
Guest rides have been approved the cost is ten dollars per guest and a liability form must be signed.
Nothing yet back on the Polaris grant submitted by the club.
40 buck hall rental fee was discussed.
Spring Pa. Clean ways were discussed. (Wash run)
A signage motion has been discussed to show where the club grounds are.(motion carried)
Tickets are out to all the membership of the club. Please turn in the money asap to bonnie.
All the updated paperwork (fliers member applications etc) were given to all club members.
