Old Business:
Work party was held on 3/29/08
Bonnie gave a ticket report, All tickets have been sold and the winner has been paid.
New parking area update (Fred) Parking area pipe and stone were installed on Good Friday to the
new parking area.
Allen Geska's donated ICV ATV club sign has been put up at the new parking area
Signage has been put up indicating parking and trail entry.
There has been no update on reacquiring the Nicholson leased property.
New Business:
ASI safety classes are scheduled for August 24th and October 5th of 2008 at the club grounds. All
new ATV owners will receive $ 100 .00 for participating in the classes.
We have some extra pipe for run off areas that was donated by Mr. Palmer.
Gene will bring up some stakes on Saturday.
Work party this Saturday April 5 2008. 9:30 am start time.(Bridges,Level trailer)
Latrobe speedway has opened its doors for any ICV ticket sales or promo events.
Open house commitment for workers. There is a donation letter for free bee's.
Polaris of Donegal is willing to sale ICV ATV Club memberships for $50.00 per year.(motion
carried)
Mark went over some ride dates coming up this spring from Rock Run and Marienville, etc.
Fred brought up dirt bikes being accepted in the club. The club has voted that we try bikes at the
first open house and we will continue discussions if we see any progress.
All club leased land taxes are being paid.
