Trailhead Building

In 2018 the ICV ATV Club submitted a grant request to DCNR to build a trailhead building on our recently purchased property that houses our main parking area. We were awarded a grant and began the process of securing engineered drawings and all the necessary paperwork to submit our building for bids. After two rounds of bids and “significant” delays due to COVID we awarded a contract and hope to start construction this January or February. The building is a 64’ x 24’ metal pole building that will have equipment storage, an office, a covered porch and two handicap accessible bathrooms. There are two paved handicap parking spaces.
